10 HSPU
5 Rolling Burpees

-various skill development after warmup.

Workout:
21 - 18 - 15 - 12 - 9 - 6- 3 of the following:
95 lb Overhead Squat
L-pull ups
Knees to elbows

Compare to June 10.

16:18 - modified l-pullups to knees only after first set. Pretty tough workout. Overhead squats were easy
