21, 15, and 9 rep rounds for time of:
95 pound Squat clean
L Pull-ups
95 pound Thruster
Handstand Push-ups

17:50 @ 65 lbs, substituted L-pullups with kipping pullups.

did it with 125lbs, it was thoroughly brutal, I feel dizzy right now. 25 something i think.

16:33. I was hoping to finish in 15 minutes but oh well. I really appreciate everyone's effort on this today. It was pure misery. Could barely move afterwards, and thought I was going to pass out at one point. So now everyone knows that I share the pain.
