July 11, 2008 Workout of the Day

Warmup:
OHS Technique
Wall Run

Workout:
(10 rounds for time of):
12 Burpees
12 KTE

Workout will be scaled for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level. Posted, of course, is for advanced level.

15:41 - burpees were not modified till 5th rd where my chest stopped touching the grd but i still clapped at the top every time.

KTE's were not modified till 7th rd where the knees stopped touching my elbows.

Workout sucked balls. I was so drained after workout, but wall running is fun. I will have the addidas traceurs on my feet as soon as fedex can get them to me.

21:30..tried to maintain proper form on Burpees thoughout.

16:04. You know you're in trouble when you start slowing down on the burpees after 2 rounds! Brutal.

Did not modify burpees but did for KTE (not sure which round).
