July 15, 2008 Workout of the Day

Today was going to be an outdoor session but I think we will wait until Friday for that much excitement. Enjoy!

Warmup: Practice Push Press/ Overhead Squat

Workout: Three Rounds for Time of:
Run 800m
95lb Overhead Squat 21 reps
30 L-Pullups

39:12 - Good, but tough workout. Hate the L-pullups. Or should I call them the "Hell"-pullups.

32:40 with 65lb OH squats.

37.04 mod the ohs to 75lbs, back can't take 95 yet, but it will one day. also my l-pullups started with decent form that turned strictly awful as i progressed. still funstuff as usual.

27:52 - workout was really tough, overhead squats are not fun.

Finished in 31 minutes with modified pull-ups and 65lb OHS. Definitely should have done heavier OHS, but oh well better luck next time.
