July 23, 2008 Workout of the Day

Warmup:
-Practice Handstands and Inverted Burpees.
-Perform at least 20 Inverted Burpees with pushup (Advanced) or 20 Handstand pushup (Beginner)

Workout: Another oldie but a good one. Slightly modified from the last time. Hope you enjoy!!

Max rounds in 20 minutes of:
225 lb Deadlift 10
Burpees 10
Walking Lunge 10
1 lap around gym

7 rounds with 115 lbs. That was hard!

9 rds in 20:15. or 8.75 rds. as rx'd with chest touching grd on burpees and clap at the top. Fun stuff today.
As a side note, we are thinking of starting a crossfit soccer team to play ft worth adult league soccer. Just for fun with people who are out to have a good time and are not super competitive (well except for mitzi, natalie, josh...come to think of it everyone else in crossfit but me!!). If you have interest please let mitzi know as she is handling all admin duties.

fun stuff as usual, 8 rounds with 155 deadlifts, the workouts are getting too easy, i think kyle needs to turn up the heat.

125lbs on deadlift/ 7 and a half rounds
