5 Rounds, not for time of the following:
Max Handstand Pushups
Max Ring Dips
Max Pushups

-add up all reps from each round and post your 5 scores.

Time remaining will be spent practicing form and technique for the 3 CrossFit Total exercises (hint, hint!)
