Today's Workout is split into 3 sections. We will start in the CrossFit room and end on the roof.

"Fran"
(21-15-9) for time of:
Thruster 95 lbs/65 lbs
Pullups
-----------------------
Max Pullups in 5 min.
-----------------------
Run 1 Lap
10 Pushups
Run 2 Laps
20 Pushups
Run 3 Laps
30 Pushups...
(Continue and post final round of pushups you manage to achieve in 10 min.)

7.33 not as good as last, kyle has sabotaged my efforts by compling back to back hard days. actually a great work out day with the add-ons. fun stuff

4:21 was my Fran time today. Not nearly as good as my PR (personal record). It's been a rough week so it is expected. 73 pullups in 5 min after Fran. Instead of the run/pushup workout I did around 50 burpee deadlifts with 95lbs...was fried. Great job today everyone on a really tough workout.
