Practice form and technique of Back Squats, Military Press, and Deadlifts.
-Use 65lbs to practice the movements and I will be coaching on form.

Workout:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
65 pound Thruster, 10 reps
10 Pull-ups
