About Me

Kyle Brandt: I have a strong passion for fitness/martial arts and helping people achieve their goals. I am a 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and have more than 19 years of experience in martial arts through the Arlington School of Self-Defense. I graduated from TCU with a degree in Kinesiology to further my professional fitness/martial arts goals. I came across CrossFit a couple of years ago and realized how beneficial it is to elite athletes, martial artists, and the average individual.
