4:12 PR!! Did chest to bar last two times, made a huge difference.

7:00 65lbs-added 10 lbs since last time & new PR!
5:15 used rings and did dead hang pull ups.
8.54 as Rx'd, 1 second short of equaling my PR. Didn't feel like barfing up a lung afterwards, like last time. Which was nice. Probably should have pushed myself harder.
