Team Session!

Complete the following for time with a partner (switch when needed):
135 lb Deadlift 100 reps
100 Pullups
100 Wall Ball Tosses
100 Pushups
100 Burpees
135 lb Deadlift 100 reps

I slowed Josh down on the pull-ups, if he had a different partner he could have easily shaved more than 1 minute off. That said our time was 25:45. I am going to be sore tomorrow.

Wow that was a sweet workout! I was so sore on Saturday. Partnered with Tracie who is AWESOME BTW! Did prescribed in 34:47. Nice job everyone!
