Friday, May 1, 2009 WOD

Today at 11:30 we will be moving some equipment into Kristy's car to be transferred to GSX Athletics for the Regional Qualifier this weekend. Please come this weekend to support all of the athletes competing. Bring friends and family and spread the word of what true fitness is.

Warmup: 3 Rounds (slow pace)
15 Push Jerk (increase weight each round)
3 laps

Tabata Your Face Off !
Complete 20 sec of work at maximum intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise for 8 rounds. One minute of rest between each exercise will be allowed. Remember that this is maximum intensity...go crazy!
Burpees
Pullups
Pushups
Anchored Situps
Squats

5 Burpees, 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 10 Anchored Situps,
19 Squats.

That's the worst I've ever felt immediately following a workout. Can't wait for Monday!
