Mitzi will be the ringleader for the lunch classes! I will be teaching the aquatic sessions today. Fun times.

Today we will be doing the second workout from the CrossFit Games Qualifier that took place last weekend...

Complete the following for time:
50 Chest to bar Pullups
50 Burpees

-full downward extension and chest must hit the bar on pullups
-chest to floor, hip extension on jump, and overhead clap on burpees

80m Swim (any style) (2x down and back)

11:37 for the regular session. strict form... It was cool having Sensi Mitzi lead us through the qualifier wod. We all got to feel her pain from last weekend.

Used a 55lb KB for the pool workout, took me about 21 minutes...was awful. Then did "JT" in 16:51. Pretty happy with my time considering my shoulders were already fried. We all used extremely strict form on "JT" today.

Focused on chest to bar, much harder than I thought. 13:53 was my time, performed during the 5:45 class on May 7th
