Saturday, May 9, 2009 WOD

Advanced Class:

"The Pirate"
Max rounds in 30 min:
5 Deadlifts (2x bodyweight)
Deadlift Carry (down and back)
7 Pullups (chest to bar)
9 Box Jumps (hip extension!)

(each rest on the carry, box jumps, or pullups earns you 10 Burpees!)

Rounds for time of:
10 Pullups
20 Pushups
30 Squats

(*beginners do 5 rounds, intermediate do 7 rounds, advanced do 10 rounds)

Did 5 rounds of the pirate today. Was very brutal but lots of fun. Will add this one to our regular rotation. Clay, I believe March 18 was the last time we did "Murph." I'm sure you will be seeing it again soon though. Rahul has a weighted vest you can borrow next time as well!

Almost 4 rounds I needed to do another set of DL and a carry. It was fun though, Then some heavy Lynn after.
