Warmup:
-Practicing proper handstand technique
-Burpee Variations

Workout: All hail...

"The Chief"
Max rounds in 3 minutes:
135 lb Power Clean 3 reps
Pushups 6 reps
Squats 9 reps

(Rest 1 minute then repeat for a total of 5 cycles)

post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles

This was a great workout. A lot of sweat was involved. It was cool seeing some new Peeps today too.

Great workout Kyle! Man I haven't sweat that much at XF before ha ha. Did 1 round at 85 the rest at 75 and did 3-3-3-3-3. At least I stayed consistant! Nice job everyone :D
