12:28 nice improvement, non-bleeding hands make all the difference.

12:39. Slight improvement on last time.

Farmer carries afterwards were tough. I rested 10 times but only completed 10 95lb power snatches, I still owe 40.

Pullups stink man! Slow time for me of 15:15. Gotta get that kipping motion down. Thanks to Mark, Josh, and Wade who gave me pointers last night!
