Water workout was fun, I wish we could have had more rounds and left the kickboard out of the equation.

Tried the pool session today:

On the minute:
5 x Burpees
1 x 25m Swim

3 rounds, rest one minute between rounds.

Enjoyed it very much. I discovered on the 2nd 25m Swim that playing with my kids in the pool does not count as "swimming"!
