13 rounds I think. HSPU "head to the floor" 30 jump ropes for each round. Need to work on double unders. Could have done more rounds if did double unders. Great Workout!

13 rounds. Strict form on everything. Great workout...will post it again in the next few weeks. 10 KTE and 10 Atomic Situps for 10 minutes was terrible.

Came back at 5:45 to work on double unders. Really tough! Then did 12 rounds in 20 min

10 pull ups
10 HSPU
10 squats

Then another ab workout 4 rounds in 10 min.

I think I'm addicted. 2 workouts in one day????

Rest Day on Thursday!
