3 Rounds for time:
27 HSPU (head to floor)
27 Pullups (chest to bar)
27 Deadlifts (135 lbs)
27 Floor Wipers (135 lbs)*

*(1 floor wiper means bringing legs to the left or ride side plates, back down just above the floor, and back up to the other side)

50 Squats
80m swim
40 Sit-ups
80m swim
30 push ups
80m swim
20 burpees
80m swim
10 get-ups
80m swim

All three rounds of the aqua class took me just over 49 minutes. I am dead, by far the hardest pool workout yet.

40:15, but my form was very weak, if I did strict form I would still be there.

Justin, everybody hates you now. But it's not my fault, it was your bday. Great effort everyone, I know it was brutal. Tomorrow will be better.

Modified Aquatics session:
47 something only two rounds and only 40m swim for me. Mongoose is not made for swimming. It was a lot of fun though.

Today was a beating but It felt good Happy Birthday Justin. Killer WOD celebration!
