30 muscle ups for time 9:10 hands hurt like crazy. muscle ups will get better as hands start hurting less

What a week. Did "Danny" at the instructor WOD this morning. Only got through 2 rounds and up to 11 pullups on third. That is after "DT" Tuesday. Everything hurts now.
