Did not enjoy the 30 additional pull-ups as a reward for coming second in the team exercise afterwards. That'll teach me to trash talk!

17+. Had a good time until my hands ripped and had to do pull-ups with two fingers for each hand (pansy).

Did the 7 rounds in 10:01. I could have done better...shooting for 8 minutes next time! KB
