14:33...Barrel races were a fun way to end the workout.
7 rounds in 13:16. Did not enjoy the 30 additional pull-ups as a reward for coming second in the team exercise afterwards. That'll teach me to trash talk!

20:06 with giant rubber band aided pull ups.
17+. Had a good time until my hands ripped and had to do pull-ups with two fingers for each hand (pansy).
Did the 7 rounds in 10:01. I could have done better...shooting for 8 minutes next time! KB
11:42 Loved Paul's & Ceaser's choice of inverted burpees as a reward for coming in 1st. Great Workout!
Crossfit total. 305 back squat, 165 military press, 425 dead lift.
