Only 4 rounds 27:XX. CrossFit at 6am is not easy.

17:06 or something close to that. I was happy with my 2 - 400 meters at 12 mph.

4 rounds in 16:39 running on the treadmill. Very pleased with form on first set of HSPU (if I say so myself) but last 10 in last set were decidedly dodgy.

!5-> 5 KTE / 5 -> 15 Sit up progression afterwards.
