10 Chest to Bar Pullups
30 Double Unders

76 lb -26 something ? Not sure, disoriented after the workout! Did 30-30-30 on pullups & 150 each set of jumprope. Happy Birthday Mitzi you asked for it! :)

Not quite a workout of death, but close. Happy belated birthday Mitzi.

145lbs and 32:36'ish.

I am glad I could do this weight as it is not far from my pr.
