Tuesday's deadlift workout took about 20 minutes using 135 lbs.

Situp / Jump rope combo workout took about 5 minutes.

Great workout today! Glad I tacked the 135 lbs. Thanks for encouraging me to go heavier Kyle!

Did Tuesday's Workout:
10 205lb deadlifts
15 24" Box Jumps
5 rounds in 16:43

Then:
20 Anchored Sit Ups
10 Double Unders
5 rounds in 4:09

Great job by everyone in the 12pm class, especially the ladies - awesome work!

Everyone, great job this week. For those looking forward to the Saturday "FREE" class @ 11:00, maybe we can get Mr. Brandt to plan a roof top workout.
