16 100m sprints modified to 7 123m sprints due to time and space considerations with a full stop and turn half way

Best time 17.93 sec worst time 19.45sec

BTW thanks to our healthy lifestyles coordinator Mitzi Welch for recommending these sprint to be done in 100 degree heat!!
