Regular WOD: 6 rounds in 20 minutes using 115lb. That was a deceptively difficult WOD. Good stuff.
135-145-150(4reps)-140 on military press 4 sets of 5 reps
7 rds on workout first 2 were at 185 rest at 165, was the most brutal workout cause of the weight. Front squats are awesome
Went back in pm & did 5x5 military press max. 65-75-75-85-85-80. Great Workout!

Wow that was just terrible after almost 12 days off! I only managed 5 rounds at 65lbs :( Maybe it'll get better as the week goes on....
Hate front squats! 5 rounds at 120lbs. HEAVY!
