Advanced Session: Oh no!

"Kalsu"

On the minute:
Complete 5 burpees and perform max rep 135 lbs thrusters on the minute.The goal is to complete 100 total thrusters.

*At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many thrusters as you can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep thrusters and so on until you reach 100 total thrusters.
Post the total number of minutes it took to reach 100 thrusters.

18:39, the last 3 rnds of hspu's probably could have been better.

24:01 was better time in April, but completed the rope climb all the way to the black line. HSPU head to the floor.

I was just thinking how sad I am that Derelicte does not have wall-ball shots... possibly in the way of 45-30-15-0-15-30-45. That would have made my day complete.

Advanced workout:

325 on deadlift. Went easy here because of knowing that the most brutal workout ever devised was coming up.

We modified workout to 135lb thrusters for 15min only and I was able to do 58 thrusters total. Workout got so terrible after awhile. Props to all of those that attempted this workout.

This one was quite possibly the most brutal for me. Used mostly blue band but green for 2 rounds. completed the rope climb 4 times mod the rest and it took me around 34 mins. :( Definitely will improve the next time!! It'll be on like donkey kong

15 min. of Kalsu - 56 reps at 95lbs.

Did Kalsu but with 35 lb and 25 lb weighted pullups. Did 80 reps and a lot of burpees. Still can't do a whole lot due to a strained muscle. Great effort today on this one everyone...was truly brutal.
