Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5

Box Jump 20 reps

-5 rep max on Back Squats then 20 Box Jumps immediately after 5th rep.
-This workout is not for time

185,185,185,185,195. Form suffered on the 195lb round, did not get low enough.

Used the tall box for box jumps.

Great way to start the day and I like the new locker room.

275 each round. Might have been able to do a little more but it hurt just fine,and Erica is a silly P. Willow!

Probably should have lowered my weight a little to work on my form. I was definitely at my max. Great workout!

225 all the way through thanks to Mitzi for making sure my squats looked amazing. Back squats are no bueno for me.
