185,185,185,185,195. Form suffered on the 195lb round, did not get low enough.Used the tall box for box jumps.Great way to start the day and I like the new locker room.
275 each round. Might have been able to do a little more but it hurt just fine,and Erica is a silly P. Willow!
135x5Probably should have lowered my weight a little to work on my form. I was definitely at my max. Great workout!
225 all the way through thanks to Mitzi for making sure my squats looked amazing. Back squats are no bueno for me.
