Warmup:
Inverted Burpee w/HSPU
20 reps (strict form)

5 rounds for time:
Deadlift 225 lbs 10 reps
Box Jumps 24" Box 15 reps

-advanced individuals use 275 lbs

Advanced Session:
On the minute:
Perform 3 Power Snatches on the minute for 10 minutes.
*Start the clock. At the top of every minute perform 3 Power Snatches.
*Use a maximal weight. 80% of 1 RM
*For every rep not completed, perform 5 burpees during rest time.

155 lb 9:30 & tabata holds afterwards. Tried 185 for 5 reps just for grins and felt okay, so I think I will try it next time. Great Workout!

wow that was FUN! Nice job everyone :) Did 115 for 9:03. Definitely should have gone heavier. I guess there's always next time!

Football workout...3 Power Snatches on the minute for 10 minutes. Used 155 lbs and went down to 135 lbs on the last round...should have stayed at 155.
