135lbs....heavy!!! 3 rounds and some change:)
Four rounds using 115lbs (82% of body weight)
8 rounds 85lbs last couple 75lbs. Did all but a couple rope climbs to 30' and rest to the black line. Ace bandage works wonders so you don't get rope burn on the ankles!
glad to see the bench,we have not done that in awhile. i am torching the ropes tomorrow. let them burn.

I did 3.5 rounds at 145lbs (85 percent of body weight). Tells me that I need to lose weight. :-p
