Without disclosing your age, I am going to do 6 different tabata workouts just for you.
(6 X 8 = 48 total rounds)
Tabata - Sit Ups, Push Ups, Squats, Pull Ups, KTE, Back Extensions,
Wow, that was a tough swim today. David and I completed it in about 27:07 or so.
Aquatics Session, 1 mile relay, with Paul, in 27:07 (I think).
25:48 and ran at 7mph on the 'mill
