AMRAP in 30 minutes:
Swim 2 x laps legs only
30 x lunge dips each side
Swim 2 x laps legs only
10 x Airplane Squats with dumbbells, hold squat for 10 seconds.

Completed 3 rounds. Used 10lb dumbbells, could only hold squat for 5 seconds
