Workout at the Radioshack Hill...fun times!

Phase 1:
150 Pushups
(perform 3 uphill sprints upon each rest)

Phase 2:
Tabata Box Jumps

Phase 3:
Stretch

(uphill sprints will be a short distance...promise)

3 sets of 50 pushups...6 rounds of uphill 60yard sprints...terrible! 4rounds of Tabata Box Jumps after the workout--and I still have to practice jump kicks later!
