9am:1 rope climb or 3 mod.6 HSPU9 Box JumpsSB - 10MW - 8CB - 7
27:10....with 9 sprints
3 sets of 50 pushups...6 rounds of uphill 60yard sprints...terrible! 4rounds of Tabata Box Jumps after the workout--and I still have to practice jump kicks later!KB
