Wanted to get proper from down for power snatch. 135 looked ugly. I made up the 20lbs on bench though. This was a fun workout.

as prescribed 28 something. The bench press was a little too much for me today. Snatch is awesome though

Same time as Rahul today. The bench press was really tough today for some reason but the power snatch felt great...definite improvement. Isabel doesn't stand a chance! KB
