Wanted to get proper from down for power snatch. 135 looked ugly. I made up the 20lbs on bench though. This was a fun workout.

Same time as Rahul today. The bench press was really tough today for some reason but the power snatch felt great...definite improvement. Isabel doesn't stand a chance! KB
