8:13. Was hoping for a sub 10 so I'm very pleased, but I wish I could do situps faster.

7:45 I believe for me today. Double unders were terrible the first two rounds but then I got used to them again finally. Should have warmed up with du a bit more. Shooting for 6 min or under next time!

8:40 or 8:50 double unders are not my forte but they got better in the later rds
