New PR I cut my time in 1/2 from March! All HSPU head to floor, no kipp. Bar started to slip on my last set, I need to work on grip strength and sub 4 mins next time...
So, after taking April off, I didn't do too poorly first time out of the gate! Yay :) Last time we did this in March I used 135lbs but modified the sets to 15-12-6 and finished in 12:35. This time I did the full sets at 125lbs and finished in 10:15. I'm not sure how different it would have been at 135 but pretty proud to complete it without the mods!

12:56 using 205lbs, Head on HSPU is at least 6" above the floor. Shouldn't have cut my hair on Friday, perhaps I'd have got closer.
Time was slower than last time but weight was 50lb heavier. 225 next time fo shizzle.
8:29 with 225 lbs. Took 5 plus minutes off my time. Everyone did great!
4:45 for me today. Really wasn't feelin it today. Shooting for 3:30next time.

I was the slow one today, 13+. Focused on form after the first round.
10 minutes and some change w/205. I know that I could have done better. I just didn't push myself that hard.
