(move from the push press to behind the back position with bar and lunge without resting)

19:xx Strict Form. 6:am is not so bad once you get going. I also think Erica's dance moves inspired us all.

I decided to joing the 6am crew today. Teaching at 6am is one thing, but actually doing the workout is a different story. Still managed to do the workout in 13:30. Head to floor on hspu and used the big box. Will be adding this workout to our regular rotation.
