10 Pushups

11 rounds - plus I started #12. It was a beating, but there are worse ones, so no complaints. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!

15 Rounds Chest to bar. Going for 20 next time.

15 rounds, same as last time. Last time I did zero chest to bar pull ups, this time about 70% of my pull ups were CTB.

A very bad performance of 12 or 13 rounds.

17 1/2 rounds could get the last round of squats. Regular pullup until 7 or 8th round, then used the band. Full squats & pushups. Worst beating I've had in a while. Great Workout everyone!

17 1/2 rounds. Regular pullups. (no band!) first 11 rounds, full squats & pushups.
