Just over 19 minutes for me today (19:17)...didn't feel like going all out. My best time is a little over 14 minutes I believe. But i did about 2 hours of martial arts training later in the day, as well as weighted dips, single arm presses, and plyometric depth pushups. I will be miserable tomorrow!
