15 DB Swings
20 DB Squats
DB Uphill Sprint

(men 50 lb Dumbbell/women 30 lb dumbbell)

Don't get hurt. Seriously. On of our studs over did it, and is questionable for next week. Don't get hurt. You are not going to improve your fitness this week, don't try to. Rest, sleep, eat, and eat some more. Be ready. Don't get hurt.
