"The King"
Max rounds in 30 min:
185 lb Floor to Overhead 5 reps
Pullups 10 reps
Walking Lunge 15 reps
(scale the weight accordingly)

9 rounds completed with 45 seconds to spare. 185 felt pretty heavy after yesterday. I'm definitely going for 10 rounds next time. This was truly brutal and worthy to be "the king." Hope everyone has a great weekend. Mitzi will be leading the torture tomorrow. I get to move.
