Tabata Deadlift
-20 seconds on/10 seconds off for 8 rounds. Your score is measured by the total number of reps achieved. I will make sure you choose a sensible weight and that your form looks good. Going the least bit too heavy will lead to serious regret.

(Goal with 315 lbs is over 50 reps)

50 reps @ 115lb for 7 of the 8 rounds. Missed 1 round to make adjustment to bar (4 rounds @ 120, 3 rounds @ 115); 60 on push-ups; back still sore! Nice job everyone :)
