8 rounds 85lbs last couple 75lbs. Did all but a couple rope climbs to 30' and rest to the black line. Ace bandage works wonders so you don't get rope burn on the ankles!

I did 3.5 rounds at 145lbs (85 percent of body weight). Tells me that I need to lose weight. :-p
