Monday, July 20, 2009 WOD

Today's workout was the final event in this year's CrossFit Games. Enjoy!

Complete for time:
15 barbells cleans (155/100lbs)
30 toes to bar
30 box jumps (24 inches)
15 muscle-ups*
30 push presses (40/25)
30 double-unders
15 thrusters (135/95)
30 pull-ups
30 burpees
Overhead walking lunges (45/25)

The barbell cleans will be the most difficult. I will probably have to knock the weight down to like 115 or 125.

OMG 36:21 I didn't think I would finish with fire alarm too! Great workout everyone! Had to do 30 extra pullups & 30 dips to replace 10 muscle ups! Something doesn't add up here??????

36:45 with the following modifications:

Used 115lbs in lieu of Rx'd weight on the barbell cleans.

First 4 muscle ups were unassisted, I stood on the small box for the remaining 11.

Used 95lbs in lieu of Rx'd weight on the thrusters.

Awesome workout, enjoyed it immensely.

Killer workout. I can imagine do this after all the other WODS.

Made it through the doubleunders in 22:45. Blue band on muscle up mod, 15 lb each dumbell on thrusters, 65lb squat clean. Would have been nice to have more time to finish... Heard it was brutal. Nice job everyone!!!
