95 lb Overhead Squat, 15 reps
30 Pullups

95 lb Overhead Squat, 9 reps
18 Pullups

Power Clean (75% of bodyweight)
Bodyweight Bench Press

12:27 using 75lbs. Went with the lighter weight to work on form. Form seems to be getting better although there is still some weirdness with my right knee.

125lbs on the power cleans
115lbs on the bench press

Decided to go heavier on this one day...bad idea. 25:xx...terrible!
