Run 400m
Front Squats 15 reps
Run 800m
Front Squats 9 reps
Run 400m

(adds up to 45 front squats and a 1-mile run. Use 135-225 lbs...scale as needed.)

115 front squat- 14 and change on time.

back hurts too much weight still.

13:15 i think, used 175 was a tough weight for me. Then did 12-9-6 of 135 thrusters and burpees in 6:40. great success
