Should have gone chin over to see if I would have been any faster. Tried to over achieve after 5 days off.

4:18 for 50 pull-ups and 20 burpees.....power cleans and push jerks at 125lbs. 2 on the min. for 15min.

8:47 with 40 burpees. Not bad considering I haven't done pullups in a month due to an injury.
