Five rounds in 29:14.

Very pleased to have done my first set of pull-ups consecutively. Couldn't repeat it on any of the next four but hopefully this achievement will mean a good Fran time. I sense another Fran coming soon......

8:30 on heavy fran 135lb thruster and regular pullups was terrible today back still sore from saturday plus 8x2 of 135lb power snatch
