50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

I think it took somewhere around 47 or 48 minutes.

Extremely challenging after returning from vacation!

34:xx Better time last time, but didn't use a box for jumping pullups. 150 jumpropes.

26 minutes...can't remember how many seconds. Jumping pullups from the ground, chest to bar. Great job today everyone! Filthy Fifty is always a blast.
