Loved this workout, I was a bit slow than I would have liked but that just goes to show what junk food and beer will do to you! Time to tighten up the diet.

Kyle you killed it again! You are getting so fast at everything, that's awesome. The fact that you are doing so well motivates me to want to do that well too.
